Agent Torres is a member of the SACT. When he and his comrades searched around the debris from the Battle of Hero's Hollow, they came across a weird-looking alien, which turns out to have been Cheese.

Agent Torres still thinks Cheese is an alien and has alien powers even after people insist he is an imaginary friend.
