return to the same spot where you had previously beaten up some Asphault Thieves. this time however you dont need to attack but go over to

a asphault thief crater. 

Objective:

inspect crater, really all you need to do is run over the spot indicated.

Dexter then notices a fluid in the crater and thinks it might be streetgrinder fluid and asks you to beat a streetgrinder to get some of its fluid to compare it to the fluid found in the thief's crater.

Objective:

beat streetgrinder for fluid.

once you have the fluid return to Dexbot Q-12 to complete the mission
