Townsville Park is one of the most infected areas in the Downtown area. It is where The Scotsman, Max Tennyson, and Numbuh 1 reside, monitoring the intense infection of the former Townsville City Park. There are also numerous KND operatives and Plumbers around the area. Numbuh One and Max agree that the area is also what Earth will look like if we don't fight back Fuse. An infected zone, called "The Fissure" is a crater in the center of the area, below the surface, including the lair of Fusion Max. To make matters worse, Fuse is trying to awaken a creature in the Infected Zone. Fusion Blowfish are also roaming during the Mother's Day event as well.

Recently, Dynamite Rats were discovered in the Townsville Park sewer system. Initially, Rex and Bobo Haha were trapped inside, freed by the player. Later, a Providence base is set up in the back end of the area, to monitor the sewers and control the infection of the area. This is also where Rex and Bobo currently reside, opposed to Pokey Oaks North, as they are seen in the future.
