Townsville Center is a bustling shopping plaza with a empty stage that random characters clap for. The only NPCs is this area are Agent Six (Generator Rex) and Princess Morbucks (The Powerpuff Girls). It is also directly beneath City Hall, where the Mayor and Bubbles reside. There are strangely not many enemies here, compared to the other sections of Downtown. Johnny Bravo and Shnitzel arrived here for the Valentines event. Agent Six has arrived to Townsville Center atop the right side of the sunken mall. During the Mothers Day event Johnny Bravo came back to help out Mother Blowfish.

| Fusion Blowfish are twisted, mutated versions of their cryptid counterparts. Fusion matter infected some blowfish babies, creating a small coterie of Fusion blowfish. These now wander different areas of the Cartoon Network Universe, spreading Fusion confusion along the way! | |||

Besides Hootie 
(formerly found in a lair in Peach Creek Estates in The Future), there are four other special blowfish scattered across the Cartoon Network Universe: Rudy, who roams in the forests near Camp Kidney; Judy, who wanders the barren wastes of Nowhere; Tootie, who traverses the mountainous heights of the Monkey Foothills; and Cootie, who strolls the sunny shores of Bravo Beach. Defeating one of the four special Fusion blowfish can earn you an exclusive backpack. In the Future, you battle them while doing the mission from V.V. Argost, "A Thanksgiving Delicacy (Part 2 of 2)" (later a Mother's Day mission).
Each blowfish besides Hootie has a backpack that is nearly identical to the Fusion Blowfish Backpack, the main difference being the color of the fins, spikes, and tail. Each backpack is named after its own particular blowfish.
