Much more twisted than Twisted Forest, Really Twisted Forest is a place of enormous and abnormal flora. The local Infected Zone, called the Canopy, is the main part of this area and is home to several Fusion Lairs and dangerous Fusion Monsters. A small base lies outside this Infected Zone, near the area's border of Forgotten Falls, which is home to Arine Arrabiata and a Monkey Skyway Agent.

The Twisted River that starts in both the Ruins and Mount Blackhead and run through Twisted Forest passes through this area as well, and the part of it running through the Canopy is extremely poisonous due to the Fusion Matter polluting it. However, giant filtering machines made by DexLabs filter the water at the ends of the Canopy to keep it from infecting Forgotten Falls and the ocean.

The Past[]

In the Past, the Really Twisted Forest became the home base to a couple of Fusions who aimed to break through the walls of the Jungle Outpost and capture Coco for Lord Fuse. It also became the location of Mandark's Ballistic Cannon, which was intended to shoot down Planetoid Fusion. However, the weapon failed its intended purpose after Vilgax tampered with it.
