Ranger Ralphie is an Urban Ranger in Sector V. He used to be in Hero Square, but was then moved to the KND Treehouse. He hands out 3 Edd Guide Missions: Don't Be a Drip, Ed-vanced Combat, and Chairman of the Cardboard. With his current location, an edge of the Treehouse, Don't Be a Drip is easier, since you get 3 minutes to go to Numbuh Two, who is on the other edge of the Treehouse. Since he moved to the Treehouse, Ranger Melissa was moved to Hero Square.
