Kevin Levin[1] is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall and its fan revivals. He is a human with dangerous absorbing powers who has nearly defeated Ben.[2] Originally Ben's nemesis, the two of them have (somewhat) buried the hatchet, and he is now helping Ben and Gwen.[1] Since Kevin has a checkered past though, it makes it hard for Ben to trust him. For the moment, Kevin's fondness for Gwen seems to be keeping him on his best behavior, which is a good thing.[1] In addition, he is the head figure for Kevin's Hot Rod Rentals.

In the Past, he is in Nowhere to the right of the Farmhouse. Kevin is not stationed at Nowhere willingly though. His car broke down and Muriel let him stay until he can get his car fixed. He seems eager to leave as he says Nowhere creeps him out.
Tired of guerilla tactics, Kevin decided it was time he took the war directly to Fuse's lair. With the help of the Hero, he was able to collect some samples of the local Fusion Spawns, and absorbed their Fusion Matter, hoping to match Fuse's strength. Unfortunately, Kevin's plan backfired, and Fuse gained control over him by means of the absorbed Fusion Matter. Under Fuse's control, Kevin tricked the Hero into attaching a device to Foster's Home in order to transfer Imaginary Energy to Fuse's Lair in the Darklands for study. Fortunately, Dexter was able to uncover the plot, and was able to slow down the transfer and free Kevin from Fuse's control. Dexter was unable to stop the transfer completely, however, because doing so would prove fatal to the Imaginary Friends. Nonetheless, the transfer seems to have slackened after Billy got into Fusion Kevin's lair in Green Maw. Fuse continues to use Kevin by using car keys stolen from him to produce an army of Fusion counterparts that resemble eleven-year-old Kevin's giant alien form in Fuse's Lair.

Kevin Ethan Levin originates from the 2005 American animated series Ben 10 and its follow-up series. In that media, he is one of the main characters of the series. An Osmosian (a human with unique genetic components), he has the ability to absorb the properties of matter, DNA-derived powers, and energy. Originally displaying psychopathic tendencies due to a complicated childhood, Kevin embraced his "freakish" nature for his own gain. After some mentoring by Kwarrel however, Kevin had a changed in outlook and became more stable, albeit still a con artist and delinquent. His subsequent time on Ben's team helped him mature into somewhat of a hero with better morals.
After an encounter with Ben at the age of eleven, Kevin came to be one of Ben's most hated foes when he tried to absorb the power of Ben's Omnitrix. He succeeded, only for it to eventually result in him mutating into a freakish combination of Ben's alien alteregos. After overcoming his mutation, Kevin was used by Servantis to create the Amalgam Kids and used against Ben. When they failed their mission though, Kevin had his memories of Servantis and his associates erased. A few years later, Kevin encountered Ben and Gwen again. Teaming up with them to defeat the Highbreeds, Kevin would develop a crush on Gwen and eventually went on to reform himself almost entirely as he helped Ben and his allies defend the world from all kinds of threats, although his mutations would occasionally return to cause trouble. Eventually though, Kevin retired from his adventures with Ben alongside Gwen.

- Kevin's original character model was used in FusionFall Retro and there were no plans to use his updated model due to its low quality.[citation needed]
- Sketches of Kevin's first mutation in Ben 10 can be seen on the website for Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall in the background of the site's credits section.[4]
- Kevin's car could be found next to him in Nowhere in FusionFall Retro.
- Prior to the decision to use Kevin's design from Ben 10: Alien Force design, Kevin was originally located in the Darklands with Vilgax, having somehow escaped the Null Void.[citation needed]
