A quick scan of the Turban Egg reveals that it is from Fusion Coco. I am certain that it will give you access to Fusion Mojo Jojo's lair. Before you can confront Fusion Mojo Jojo, you must defeat five Razor Mantises to prevent them from rebuilding his Missile Command.
