FusionFall Wiki, as a community site and knowledge resource with members from around the world, has a diverse user base, range of opinions and ideas. A crucial rule here on FusionFall Wiki is that everyone is treated the same and is community-friendly to one another. This is an official user guideline on how users should conduct themselves in the community. All users, no matter what rank, must follow these guidelines at all times.

All editors are equal

All editors are equal. No one is more important than anyone else. No one's opinion matters more than anyone else's. No one gets any special treatment, including administrators.

Assume good faith

Main article: Assume good faith

Assume that when an editor makes an edit, it was to help the wiki, not to vandalise it. Since anyone can edit, we must assume that most people who work on the wiki are trying to help it, not hurt it.

Politics/Religion

There's no banning different ideas/religions. However, ideas and religions clash, and can cause quite a disruption or even tear the site in two. So, you can discuss politics or religion as long as you don't outright insult the other person/group for their beliefs/ideas.

And no flying virtual planes into virtual skyscrapers in virtual cities.

Kindness

Be friendly. This applies to new users and administrators. Remember to always assume good faith, and give the benefit of the doubt. Being rude is a sure way to create animosity in a community. When dealing with a fight, or just talking with others in the community, try and keep yourself friendly while keeping the conversation going. Otherwise, you will just end up getting everyone and yourself angry and not solve the problem being discussed. A little goodwill goes a long way!
