Thromnambular II is a NPC in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall and its fan revivals. He is the second of the Wishing Skulls of Thromnambular.

Thromnambular II is a white human skull with red gems for eyes and the number "2" written in red on his forehead.

The Past[]
In the Past, the whereabouts of Thromnambular II were given out to the Avatar by Billy after they completed a task for him.[1] When the Avatar found Thromnambular II to get a wish, he sent them out on a test of speed by having them climb to the crow's nest of the Sweet Revenge within a time limit. After the Avatar accomplished this task and returned to Thromnambular II, he rewarded them for their performance and encouraged them to find the rest of Thromnambular's Wishing Skulls to get their wish.[2]
