The Townsville Blowfish,[1] or just Blowfish for short, is a NPC that appears in Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall and its fan revivals. It is a legendary cryptid[1] that has been targeted for observation by V.V. Argost.

The Blowfish has to do with V.V. Argost's missions. He wanders Pokey Oaks South. In A Thanksgiving Delicacy (Part 1 of 2) you're told to find one. In A Thanksgiving Delicacy (Part 2 of 2), however, you must fight Fusion Blowfish. Lord Fuse somehow corrupted them with Fusion Matter. Argost has you fight them and get cooking supplies for his cooking show, filming you the whole time.

According to V.V. Argost, the Blowfish spawns near water before venturing onto land.[1]

Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall[]
- On 17 November 2009, the Blowfish was added to the game. It could be found wandering Pokey Oaks South and Pokey Oaks South (The Future) as a part of the Mission "A Thanksgiving Delicacy (Part 1 of 2)".[2][3]
- On 3 December 2009, the Blowfish in Pokey Oaks South was removed from the game along with the Thanksgiving content.[4]
Origin[]

The Giant Fishballoon originates from the 1998 American superhero animated television series The Powerpuff Girls. In that media, it is a diminutive member of a species of monsters that seemingly reside in a lake in Little Tokyo Townsville. Like its brethren, it has the ability to inhale air, increasing its size and strength in doing so.
While the Powerpuff Girls and Prof. Utonium were visiting Little Tokyo Townsville, the Fishballoon appeared and began attacking, although it was easily defeated by the Powerpuff Girls. However, the Fishballoon's attack was the catalyst that led Utonium to create the Dynamo. The Fishballoon soon after returned and called in a bigger one of its brethren, who easily beat the girls and began a rampage, forcing the girls to use the Dynamo.
