Step 1

Collect bagpipes. Journal A Wee Wish Please collect a set o' bagpipes for me at the auditorium in Marquee Row Row. In return, I pledge to tell ye about the location of a Wishing Skull.

Step 2

Deliver bagpipes to Scotsman. Journal A Wee Wish Now that ye have the bagpipes, please return them to me. I will play you one of me favorite battle hymns.

'Tis a tragedy. These bagpipes are missing some reeds, and I canna play without them. See if you can collect three reeds from the monsters here in the park.
