Go to SCAMPER in Monkey Foothills. Journal A History of Planet Fusion (Part 4 of 4) Tetrax is stationed at the gateway to the Darklands in Forsaken Valley. To get there, you will need to take a SCAMPER from the Monkey Foothills, way out in the jungle.
